Live.com was designed to extend the users’ experience. On the previous operating system (Windows 7) users had to download a whole package online through Windows Essential suite to get all the Live.com integrated software. With the release of Windows 8, things have changed a bit. Now the Live.com apps are included in out of the box and all those will be synced with SkyDrive.

Live.com is not only for user who go online using web browser. The service is also integrated into the Xbox system and that allows player to be able to interact simultaneously with other each player when playing certain online games. In fact all the softwares ever created by Microsoft are getting integrated into Live.com such that the users are going to have a uniform experience throughout the different gadget that have Microsoft operating system installed on them.
